The term of PHYSICAL FITNESS is the functioning of the heart, lungs, blood vessel and muscle to function at optimum efficiency. ''FITNESS refers to state of health and wellbeing''.
Exercise is a structued program of activity geared towards acheiving or maintaning physical fitness. Physical fitness is the ability to do work overtime and effort without an undue fatigue.
According to(GDC ) Physical Fitness is define as the '' the ability to carry our daily task with vigor and alertness''.
1) Reduces Risk Of Disease-
It helps to reduce risk of Heart Attack and cancer. Physical Fitness manage our weight better and have a lower blood cholesterol level. Exercise gives alot which make our daily life easier and also gives long age.
2) Provide Better Health-
Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce risk for developing several disease like type 2 diabetes, cancer and any more diseases. Physical activity can improve your quality of life. A minimum of 30 minutes a day can allow to enjoy better mood, feeling more relaxable and sleep better.
3) Built Strong Bone And Muscles-
Bones are living tissue. Weight-bearing physical activity causes new bone tissue to form and make bones stronger. Bone and Muscles both become strong when muscles push tug aganist bone Physical activity.
4) Exercise Puts The Spark Back Into Your Sexual Life-
