* Why do people start Smoking?
Most Smokers started when they were tens. Those who have friends and or parents who smoke are more likely to start smoking than those who don't some teens say that they, just wanted to try it or they thought it was ''cool'' to smoke.
Stopping Smoking is difficult for several reasons; Nicotine stimulates pleasure centers in the brain and highly addictive. Nicotine is a chemical in cigarettes that make you addicted to smoking overtime, your body gets used to having nicotine. however the more you smoke, the more nicotine you need to feel normal when your body doesn't get nicotine, you may feel uncomfortable and crave cigarettes This is called withdrawal.

Effects of Smoking-
Smoking damages your heart and your blood circulation, increasing the risk of conditions such as coronary heart diseases heard attack, stroke peripheral vascular disease (damaged blood vessels) and cerebravascular disease ( damaged arteries that supply blood your brain).
